Tony decided we needed to spend the day in the Magic Kingdom and make sure we got to do everything there we hadn't done yet. With only 2 more days, I was fine with whatever made them both happy. I didn't seem to get very many photos this day. Tony might have some on the video camera that I could use, I'll have to look. Before we got in the park, I already had to use the restroom (surprise, surprise). On my way in, there was a hidden mickey stamped on the floor. I still am not totally sure how they got in on the ground, but it was awesome. I was so caught off guard that I stepped in it, so you can see my footprint in the middle of his mouth.
We rode the Disney World Railroad over to Mickey's Toon Town. Sawyer LOVED Donald's Boat because it had squirting water. He was completely enamored by the water squirting out of the ground all throughout our vacation. Once we were able to drag him away, we hopped back on the railroad to finish the loop and went to Tony's Town Square Restaurant for lunch. It was delicious Italian food and yummy ice cream for dessert. Sawyer was ready for a nap, so he wasn't really that excited about eating there. The afternoon parade went by while we were eating and he did like being able to see it from the our table. After our bellies were full, we were off to see the best the Magic Kingdom had to offer . My favorite ride is the Carousel of Progress (where Sawyer took a mini nap), Sawyer enjoyed the Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin, and then we ran into Tony's favorite character, Stitch. Sawyer really liked the Mickey's PhilharMagic show in 4D. We didn't think he would keep the glasses on, but he did and loved the sights, sounds, and smells the show provided. Once we had strolled through Tomorrowland and Fantasyland, we headed to Frontierland to see Tom Sawyer's Island.

Tony and I hadn't gone over there in a few years and we thought Sawyer would enjoy the boat ride and walking around once we got there. It was nice and relaxing. The weather was cooler (it kinda felt like summer at home instead of a hot sweltering Florida day) and once we had finished our island expedition, we sat on a bench and waited for the boat ride back to Frontierland. We enjoyed Pirates of the Caribbean (several times), the Enchanted Tiki Room, another ride on the Jungle Cruise, the Country Bear Jamboree, the Hall of Presidents, and the Haunted Mansion. Sawyer was great on all of the rides. Before the night time parade, we stopped at Aloha Isle for a pineapple float, mmm! (It is pineapple soft serve ice cream with pineapple juice.) We made our way through some shops to see what souvenirs we needed. We settled on shirts for each of us that we would wear our last day there. Before the park closed, we grabbed some corn dog nuggets, fries, and cracker jacks at Casey's Corner. It was another great vacation day with only one left to go.
